Pre-reservation

Explanations about the pre-reservation

Reservations for the Inca Trail are made by season, from March 1st one year to January 31st of the next year. So, we can only book spaces for the current season. For those who would like to book outside this season, and because it is impossible to make final reservations outside the current season, we offer the pre-reservation.

This service allows you to pre-reserve your Inca Trail for any date of the next season and then to guarantee your spaces by paying a 40% deposit. Once the Peruvian Government opens the reservations (around mid-January every year), we send you an email informing you about the automatic charge of the 60% balance (to the credit card used to pay the 40%) and we proceed to make your final reservations.

Advantages

	2-time payment
	You can pre-reserve by paying only a 40% deposit of the total price. You pay the 60% balance once final reservations are open.
	Frozen prices
	We commit ourselfs to respect the prices valid at the time you pre-reserve, even if they were to increase on the next season (entrances, train prices, etc).
	Flexibility of the date
	Until the opening of the next season, usually around mid-January every year, you can change the date of your trek free of charge.
	Spaces guaranteed
	Since we book your trek as soon as the season opens, we can guarantee your spaces.
	Minimum cancellation fees
	If you decide to cancel before the final reservation is made, we refund the entire amount paid minus 8% only, for administrative and credit card payment fees.
